Meet Ms. Stephanie Bippert, Principal of Ladera Elementary

Most recently serving as Interim Principal at Ladera Elementary, Ms. Stephanie Bippert brings over 20 years of experience in education and a strong background in instructional leadership, campus operations, and student support to her role as Principal of Ladera Elementary. Prior to this role, she served as Vice Principal at Loma Alta Middle School and as an Assistant Principal at Kriewald Road Elementary in Southwest ISD, where she supported student achievement, guided instructional practices, and built strong relationships with staff and families.

Known for her supportive and student-centered leadership style, Ms. Bippert is recognized for her strengths in communication, problem-solving, and team building. She has a proven ability to develop and implement programs that support student success while fostering a positive and collaborative campus culture. As she steps into this role, Ms. Bippert is committed to continuing to build strong relationships and supporting a culture where students and staff thrive. We are excited to officially welcome her as Principal of Ladera Elementary.
