my favorite teacher is Mr credit my favorite teacher is Miss makoa I would say my favorite subject is science as I'm really interested on like all the types of experiments and cool things about like what we can learn my favorite subject is ELR because I really enjoy it I like reading a lot PLC is an opportunity for teachers to collaborate work together to come to a common understanding of what the ticks are what the kids should master and how can we monitor for understanding we'll do a teach unpacking and then we'll create products to ensure students learn to the Tek and we can look at that data on the next 1 to group the students based on how they need to be taught and what parts of the teks that they need so it really just helps us Target the instruction to the individual child I find the plc's to be very important I know that when I show up I'm going to get something that I truly need and I know that I can ask any question even if it's off topic they'll pull me aside they'll make time to explain that to me we learn and grow from each other through the PLC process because the way Miss good enough teaches some things have taught me oh that's a way better way to explain that and I think she would say the same about me just us getting to collaborate helps supposed to be better teachers
